King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity “Mawhiba" received the Certificate of the “Best Work Environment" from Great Place to Work™️ as one of the best work environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 2022.
“Mawhiba" Foundation stated in an official statement that “Mawhiba's obtaining this certificate and the high scores of work environment practices assessment, are a reflection of Mawhiba's interest in its employees as a key factor for its success and improvement of work in a positive and attractive environment".
The statement added that “this certificate embodies Mawhiba's endeavors to develop and grow the aptitudes of its human factor in creativity and innovation, to enhance productivity and to meet their needs, under the base of distinguished teamwork, in order to continue its role as a leading global institution in discovering, sponsoring and empowering gifted people and in contributing to achieving the goals of the KSA's Vision 2030. It pointed out that obtaining this certificate is thanks to the sustained efforts made by the General Department of Human Resources, during the past years, to make the institution an ideal work environment.
It is noteworthy that Great Place to Work™️, specialized in measuring the institution culture work environment, grants this certificate of the “best work environment", according to an assessment based on a methodology based on (development of human aptitudes, creativity opportunities, confidence, leadership effectiveness, values and financial growth) with confidence indicators whose dimensions are (credibility, respect, equality, pride and companionship).
